It’s the first game of the season, and NFL fans already believe that the Kansas City Chiefs are getting special treatment from the referees.
Before halftime of the Chiefs-Ravens season-opening game, Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo was allowed to call a timeout on the sideline with the Ravens in the red zone. NFL rules state that only a team’s head coach can call timeouts.

NBC rules analyst Terry McAulay ripped the refs for allowing Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo to call a timeout.
“He can’t do that. It has to be the head coach to come down. Nobody else can call a timeout on the sidelines besides the head coach.”

Fans believe the refs allowing Spagnuolo to call an illegal timeout proves that the NFL is rigging games for the Chiefs .
THE REFS JUST LET THE CHIEFS GET A TIMEOUT OFF WHEN THEIR DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR CALLED IT LMAOOOOO

Multiple Illegal formation calls ONLY on ravens, Spags calling a timeout when it should only be HC…THIS is why ppl think refs favor chiefs. #BALvsKC
