Temple Coach Geoff Collins Had To Be Restrained After Refs Initially Didn’t Call Targeting On Absolutely Dirty Hit By Cincy Player

Temple Coach Geoff Collins got heated during today’s Cincy-Temple after a late hit on one of his players wasn’t initially penalized by the refs.

Watch as Bearcats De Michael Pitts lays a vicious hit on the defenseless Temple WR Branden Mack which for whatever reason wasn’t called a penalty on the field..

Collins, who was rightfully angry that there was no flag on the play, had to be restrained by his assistants.

Eventually the refs went to look at the replay and ejected Pitts for the hit.

Temple fans were not happy with Pitts or the refs.
