Football is America’s favorite sport, but unfortunately has some pretty scary situations can occur week-to-week in the college and pro game.

Sunday was no different, as a scary situation occurred in the Broncos-Jets game at MetLife Stadium involving Denver running back Tyler Badie.

Badie, a second-year back out of Missouri, had a career game last week with 9 carries on 70 yards in the team’s surprising win over the Buccaneers. He was hoping to build on that success this week on a rainy day in suburban New York City.

But, that’s not what happened. Instead, Badie went to the sidelines after a run-of-the-mill carry, and appeared to suffer some kind of medical emergency.

As of 3PM ET Sunday, it’s not exactly known what happened here. But, it does seem like nothing too serious happened and that he should be okay, long-term.
