Vince McMahon is speaking out following the death of Hulk Hogan. Earlier this year, Hogan was booed in Los Angeles during WWE’s RAW debut on Netflix, which ended up being the final WWE appearance months before his death.
Hulk Hogan just got completely embarrassed and booed out of the building. You can tell he was even shaken. I can’t remember anything like this in recent memory. Wow.#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/bdL2WceVZO

According to Hogan’s longtime manager Jimmy Hart, Hogan was “devastated” by the crowd booing him.

“That devastated him,” Hart revealed. “And we got in the back and he said, ‘What do you think happened?’ I said, ‘Hulk, it’s simple, blue state, red state. Boom.’ I said, ‘I mean really… I’m okay with it.’
“But that bothered him because of that,” Hart continued. “And I said, ‘Well, surely people are going to realize what that was for.’ Then the next week we’re in Texas, and it’s all cheers, you know, but that always bothered him. It sure did.”
In a rare interview with TMZ for their upcoming special “The Real Hulk Hogan”, McMahon said he was angry watching his friend get booed.
“I was angry; he deserved much more,” said McMahon.
